Carte Blanche à Linda Fredriksson
Depuis plus de dix ans, elle fait partie d’un des groupes les plus excitants de Finlande, Mopo (scooter ou mobylette en finnois). A la fois punk et jazz, surpuissant et gracieux, DIY et cinégénique, leur groove a atteint de sommets d’inspiration sur le bien nommé Mopocalypse sorti en 2018 chez We Jazz Records. Résultat, l’année suivante, une nomination aux Emma Awards finnois et un featuring avec Jimi Tenor. Saxophoniste multiforme (alto et surtout baryton), Linda Fredriksson a le don de se retrouver dans toutes les bonnes affaires de son pays, du free boréal de Superposition à la soul seventies de Ernie Hawks. Bref, l’un des musiciennes majeures de la scène finlandaise débarque sur Le Grigri pour une heure de carte blanche à son image: énergique et surprenante.
